Event Organization Instructions
Adding an event
- Add using the free-form template
Enter the date, title, contact names, contact info and details. When an HTMl Editting box appears, you can make things bold and colored, etc.
- Add using the template
Enter the date, title, contact names, contact info. Enter information into the applicable fields. Any field left blank will be ignored.
Press the "Save Information" Button.
You will be brought back to your list of events.
Note: If your are an admin and you are working on someone elsess event, dont forget to press "All Events" to see the item.
Note: if you do not see your event, make sure you entered the correct date.
Display Event List
Press "My Events" from the menu
(Admin)
Press "All Events" to see events listed by all organizers.
You will see:

date
title
edit
status
Editting - the organizer is not done entering the info
Ready For Approval - Alon can now ok it. Item can be emailed
OK - Approved
Cancelled
Deleted
emailed - checkbox indicating if this was emailed yet
emailed - link to the email page to send an email
username - who created this event
