The Jewish Outdoors Club

WHAT: Come in from the cold and join the JOC in a private yoga class on the east side location of Yogaworks. You will be introduced to several basic yoga poses and have a chance to grease those rusty joints that havent been hiking in a while! Aside from feeling amazing, and relaxing you can see your JOC friends as well as make new ones. After class, we will toast our yogi accomplishments over apple cider and hot chocolate!!!

WHERE: YogaWorks East Side Studio, 1319 Third Avenue (between 75th and 76th Street), Manhattan - 2nd floor phone     212 650 9642, The closest subway station is 77th Street and Lexington (Subway line No 6).

WHEN: 1:00pm, class begins at 1:15.

COST: $3.00 (bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not you can rent one for an additional $2 at the studio) Please bring cash on Sunday

RAIN/SNOW PLAN: Come anyway, it will be so much more rewarding if it is, and maybe we can have a snowball fight afterwards in the Park.

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO EVERYONE AND NO PRIOR YOGA EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY, the class will be for all levels.
